FAQ's

How often will my subscription be re-billed?

 You will be billed monthly on the 5th of every month. If you signed up after the 5th your will not be rebilled until the next box renewal date. EX: you signed up 5/6, you will not be billed again until 7/5 since you missed the 5/15 box and your first box does not get shipped until 6/15. 


When will my box be shipped?

Boxes will be mailed by the 15th of every month.  Your order must be by the 5th in order to receive your box by the 15th of the same month. EX: If you order 5/6 your box will not be shipped until 6/15, you have missed the cutoff window for the 5/15 box.


How will I access my workouts and when will they start?

 You’ll receive an email from Clean Strength Co. inviting you to set up your account. Please follow the instructions to create your account. Your monthly workouts will be added to the app on the 5th of each month and will refresh on the 5th every time your fitness box renews. 


What if I do not find the email to download the fitness app?

 The workout portion of your box is delivered through Clean Strength Co.—our fitness and coaching platform. If you haven’t received the email to activate your account, please reach out to us directly at cleanstrengthco@gmail.com.

Can I cancel my subscription? 

 Yes, you can cancel anytime, must be at least 10 days before your next billing date. Just log into your account or contact support for assistance. 


What if I miss a podcast episode?

Each month’s podcast will be available for the duration of that month and the following month. After that, it will no longer be accessible. 


How do I access the private podcast?

Once you subscribe, each box will have a QR Code to the podcast link with a passcode.


Are the products in the box always the same?

No, each month features new curated product samples or wellness items. Every box includes a special big-ticket item to keep you motivated and excited.
